Restorative movement is a practice meant to bring down your stress levels and build up your resiliency skills. The class is usually calming and slow, but can also have higher intensity moves when needed. When practiced regularly, it trains the brain and muscles to respond more calmly and rationally during a stressful or triggering experience.
Choose this class if your group is interested in learning movements that help manage stress.
Yoga Asana (Pose) Practice
There are many aspects, paths, and ways to learn and practice yoga. As a movement class, together we will customize the physical practice based on your group's needs and abilities. We can always incorporate other aspects of yoga into the class beyond asanas, such as chanting, guided meditation, and breathing techniques.

Pricing per Class
$90 minimum for up to six participants
$15 per person for each additional participant
