Energizing: Skull Shining Breath


Skull shining breath in a yogic breathing practice that helps you build heat and wake you up! It can take some practice getting used to the breathing pattern, so if you're new to the practice, know that most people don't get it right a way. At first you might think to yourself, this is NOT energizing; it's exhausting! Once you get past the learning curve, you may find it to be your new favorite afternoon pick me up!


Tips: Emphasize the exhale and breath only in and out through your nose.
